Warpfive International is committed to providing products that demonstrate superior workmanship and a dedication to technical excellence. We also strive to deliver superior customer service and aim to always exceed your expectations. If you have a problem or query regarding your Warpfive purchase, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery via email, writing or telephone to discuss and resolve your issue.
All of our products are carefully checked, tested and certified prior to dispatch. However if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept the returns within 30 days of purchase providing –
- The item is returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your original order
- The item is returned complete with all tags in place, brochure, protective plastic and all other associated parts originally supplied
- The product and packaging is undamaged, and is in a re-saleable condition
- If any of the above criteria are not met, we may refuse to exchange or refund the item, or a 20% restocking fee may be charged.
Please note special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 days of receipt of the returned item and will be made using your original payment method.
How to return an item
Please remember to include your name, address and the reason for the return.
On receiving the returned item, we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm the best course of action.
Please note you are responsible for returning the item and for all return delivery charges. This also applies to items where a claim of defect or damage is made. If confirmed you will receive a refund for reasonable postage costs (postage costs will only be refunded for defected items).
For your own peace of mind, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Warpfive International does not accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges
If you require an exchange for whatsoever reason, please be advised that the exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item.
