Delivery & Shipping Costs
The international shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the total weight and your location. This fee covers the cost of transportation via our trusted partners (UPS/FedEx).
US Customers
International shipments to the US are subject to specific federal duties, taxes, and fees.
All Import Charges are the Customer’s Responsibility
The prices displayed on our website do not include any US Customs Duties, Import Tariffs, US Sales Tax, or Brokerage Fees.
You will be billed separately by the courier for these charges.
These fees are mandatory charges levied by the US government and must be paid by the recipient (the importer) before final delivery.
Failure to pay these fees will result in the shipment being returned to the UK, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
EU Customers
Since January 2021, UK to EU trade requires specific clarity on Import VAT (Sales Tax) and Customs Duties.
Customs Duties (Import Tariffs):
Included in Price. The prices you see on our website already include any applicable customs duties or tariffs. You will not face additional import duty charges upon delivery.
EU VAT:
Not Included. The prices displayed on our website do not include your country’s local VAT. You will be contacted by our shipping partner (e.g., UPS) to pay the applicable VAT before final delivery.
(Exception for Germany: For orders being delivered to Germany, the displayed price includes 19% DE VAT, which we pay directly.)
