International Shipping, Tax & Customs
Orders are dispatched via UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
US Customers
Effective August 2025: No duty-free threshold.
Import Charges: Prices do not include US Duties, Sales Tax, or Brokerage Fees.
Payment: Government fees will be billed separately by the courier.
Returns: If fees are refused, return shipping costs are deducted from refunds.
EU Customers
Customs Duties: Fully Included. No additional duty charges upon delivery.
EU VAT: Not Included. The courier will contact you to pay local VAT before delivery.
Germany: DE VAT (19%) is included in website prices; no further tax is due.
Canada, AU & NZ
Duty-Free: Most products qualify for 0% Duty under UK Trade Agreements.
Australia & NZ: Tax-free under $1,000 (AUD/NZD). Larger orders incur local GST.
Canada: Orders are subject to provincial GST/HST and courier handling fees.
All Other Global Destinations
For destinations where a specific UK trade agreement is not in place, your shipment may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or additional clearance charges.
General Responsibility
Any local taxes, import duties, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer as the importer of record.
