Warpfive International is committed to providing products that demonstrate superior workmanship and technical excellence. If you have a query regarding your purchase, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery.
Return Policy & Criteria
All products are checked, tested and certified prior to dispatch. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase providing:
- ✓ The item is returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- ✓ Item is complete with all tags, brochure, protective plastic and associated parts.
- ✓ The product and packaging is undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.
If criteria are not met, we may refuse the return or apply a 20% restocking fee.
Please note: Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Processed within 5 to 7 days of receipt via your original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of the original item.
How to return an item
Please include your name, address and the reason for the return. We will contact you via email or telephone upon receipt.
You are responsible for all return delivery charges. We recommend a recorded delivery service; Warpfive is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
