Crafted for longevity and precision, it features a durable Borosilicate glass face to prevent dust contamination and benefits from rapid heat transfer technology for quick readings. The numerals are laser engraved to provide a permanent, long-lasting marking solution.

Very good, heavy quality, Looks lovely with classic font (a nod to the old ‘Smiths’ gauges me thinks) Seem to work fine. Nice touch was it came packed in eco friendly (old style corrugated cardboard) packaging – why can’t all companies be like this when possible?
You so often have to look to the US or German made to get solid/quality these days so really nice to see this is made/assembled in the UK!

A guy can only buy so many poor quality Chinese thermometers. I stumbled across this unit online and ordered it immediately. I wish I had known about it years ago.
