Description
The Firefly Hearth Fan: Dual-Season Power and Unrivalled 24-Hour Performance
The Firefly Hearth Fan is a specialist Stirling engine fan uniquely designed for scenarios where a traditional top-of-stove fan won’t work. Place it safely in front of your open fireplace or use it with contemporary suspended or pivoting stoves. It is also the ideal solution for tall stoves, curved tops, or surfaces with heat-protected coatings where traditional fans cannot be accommodated. This versatile fan is the perfect companion for your home’s hearth.
At peak output, the Firefly moves a powerful 442+ CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) of air, effortlessly spreading warmth throughout your home. This fan is built for longevity, featuring a solid Stainless Steel base and a beautiful antique brushed Solid Brass fan blade. The engine is now fitted with a precision-machined metal crank, ensuring enhanced durability and guaranteed smooth, 12dB quiet operation. Its versatile design is also ideal during summer months, where this unique hearth fan functions as an efficient cooling fan.
The Firefly Hearth Fan is powered by a bespoke, integrated alcohol burner. Once filled (approximately 120ml / 4 fl oz), the fan will run continuously for an impressive 24 hours, delivering consistent heat circulation all day and night. For the cleanest performance, we recommend using eco-friendly bio ethanol fuel, though denatured alcohol or Methylated Spirits can also be used.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the Firefly now includes a Solid Brass Fan Blade, replacing the copper blade shown.

Stirling Engine DesignÂ
Warpfive fans are small precision engineered Stirling engines, which are 100% mechanical and do not have any electric components which may stop working if overheated. Consequently, they are extremely reliable and with care will last a lifetime.
Every engine is precision engineered and hand built with durable materials like stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and Borosilicate glass. This includes the new full metal anodised crank assembly, which is designed for exceptional smoothness and durability. As a result, the fan operates quietly – typically just 12dB.
Advanced materials (such as graphite) and the latest low friction bearing system, working in conjunction with the full metal crank, ensure low maintenance and maximum RPM. Heat flow is meticulously optimised with a silver thermodynamic heat plate.
Stirling engine fans have a high power output and low start up speed, allowing them to move large volumes of air (over 322 CFM).
Every engine is hand-crafted, assembled, and tested in Great Britain.n.

Beautiful craftsmanship, what a talking piece of a stove fan, completely unmatched. very happy with this hearth fan
Maureen McDonnell –
This fan is a beautiful (and practical) work of art. It arrived on schedule, with all pieces included, and nothing damaged. Not only does it do a wonderful job dispersing heat from my fireplace, but it has become quite the conversation piece. I love my new Fire Fly Hearth fan! It is one of the few items I’ve purchased that I can honestly say has been worth every penny.

First of all, the fan arrived quickly and was very well packed. As I have an inset stove I am unable to use a traditional stove fan, the Firefly Hearth Fan solves that problem. It works flawlessly and is almost silent. Being an engineer by trade I can appreciate the craftsmanship and care that goes into making these fans. They’re as much a work of art as a fan.
