Delivery

United Kingdom

Accessories:

Delivery is via Royal Mail and will take approximately 2 to 5 days. 

Other:

Delivery is via DPD or UPS and will take approximately 1 to 2 days.

International & Europe

Accessories:

Delivery is via Royal Mail and will take approximately 5 to 10 days.

Other:

Delivery is via UPS or Fedex.  Delivery times vary by zone and are estimated from dispatch. 

 

European Orders

When shipping to any EU country (excluding Germany), please keep the following in mind –

  • Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are included in our website prices
  • VAT is excluded

This is valid for all European countries (except Germany), and you’ll need to settle it with our shipping partners upon customs clearance. For Germany, DE VAT is included in the website prices.

 

International Orders

For shipments to all countries outside of the UK and Europe, it’s important to note that import duties, taxes, and tariffs may apply, and these are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations.
 
The customer, who is the recipient and importer of the product, is responsible for covering any import duties and taxes levied by customs when the product arrives in the destination country.
 
Warpfive International is not liable for any duties, taxes, or tariffs associated with importing products into countries beyond the UK and Europe. Our responsibility extends up to ensuring safe delivery to the specified address.
 
Customers are accountable for settling all duties, taxes, and tariffs as presented by the courier service and imposed by their respective country’s customs and import department.
 
 

Order Processing Days & Times

Our normal order processing days are Monday through to Friday.

No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays or during company closures.

We cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
